StickyVoice was developed following the "Privacy by Design" principle. This means:

• No data transmission to servers: All your notes, recordings, and transcriptions are stored exclusively on your iPhone or iPad.
• No user accounts: You don't need to register or sign in.
• No analytics or tracking: We use no analytics tools, no crash reporting services, and no user tracking.
• No advertising: The app contains no ads and no advertising trackers.

4. iCloud Drive Backup (Premium Feature)

As a Premium user, you can optionally create backups of your data to your personal iCloud Drive.

4.3 iCloud and Apple

iCloud Drive is a service provided by Apple Inc. If you enable backups, this data is additionally subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. StickyVoice has no access to your iCloud credentials. The backups are stored in your personal iCloud storage, which only you can access.

StickyVoice requires the following permissions, which you can revoke at any time in iOS Settings:

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

StickyVoice offers Premium subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

• All payments are processed by Apple
• We have no access to your payment information
• Apple only informs us whether a valid subscription exists

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a user in the European Union, you have the following rights:

7.1 Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)

You have the right to know what data we store about you. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full access to all your data directly in the app at any time.

7.2 Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You can export your data at any time:

• Free export: CSV file with all notes (Settings → Download My Data)
• Premium export: Complete backup including audio files

7.3 Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) - "Right to be Forgotten"

You can completely delete all your data at any time:

• Individual notes: Swipe and select "Delete"
• All data: Settings → "Delete All My Data"

7.4 Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

You can edit all your notes directly in the app at any time.

7.5 Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Since we do not process personal data and do not perform tracking, there is no processing to which you would need to object.

8. Data Security

We implement the following measures to protect your data:

• Local storage: Data does not leave your device (except for optional iCloud backup)
• iOS security: Your data is protected by iOS security mechanisms (encryption, sandboxing)
• Backup encryption: AES-256-GCM encryption for iCloud backups
• Secure key storage: Encryption keys are stored in iOS Keychain

9. Children and Minors

StickyVoice is suitable for all age groups. Since we do not collect personal data and do not require user accounts, there are no special restrictions for minors. Parents and guardians should still supervise children's use of apps.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app. The current version is always available on this page.
